Navigating trails strewn with roots and rocks can get pretty tricky. A full-face helmet provides the optimum protection in this situation, with a robust chin strap that protects the head both from below and on the side lest the journey come to an abrupt end when the rider is pitched over the handlebars. Ideally that wouldn’t happen. If it doesn’t, the ROCA is simply just comfortable to wear thanks to the lightweight inmold construction and fixed visor that provides protection from the sun, mud and rocks.
Lightweight, well-ventilated Enduro Fullface Helmet: the ROCA by Alpina
Four helmet sizes, each with an included pad set, ensure that the ROCA fits every rider. And the Fidlock chin lock ensures that the ROCA remains reliably on the head when shredding – and also during hang outs. Thanks to the optimal arrangement of the ventilation openings, you won’t sweat easily even in hot temperatures or when you’re exerting yourself a lot.
With its shatterproof and thermally bonded Ceramic Shell and Hi-EPS impact protection, it protects your head from injury during falls.

ANTIBACTERIAL INTERIOR
The padding material prevents the formation of germs and odors when sweating. The helmet pads are dermatologically tested and are characterized by excellent skin compatibility. They can be easily removed and washed at a maximum of 40 °.
AIR FLOW VENTING
Alpina developers spend a lot of time and energy to constantly improve the ventilation of our bike helmets. By wind tunnel tested arrangement of the vents, our engineers create a “Venturi” effect inside the helmet, which cools the head, leads to less sweat and higher performance.
EDGE PROTECT
Edge Protect is a processing method that ensures Inmold helmets have no sharp edges. This mitigates the risk of injury in two ways: on the one hand, it protects the hands when handling the helmet, and on the other hand, in the event of an impact, the neck and shoulder area remain protected from scratches when in contact with the lower edge of the helmet.
CERAMIC SHELL
All Inmold-manufactured helmets from Alpina, receive this shatterproof and scratch-resistant polycarbonate shell. The blank is stretched under high heat to the shape of the later helmet and pressed with high pressure on its Hi-EPS body. The material is characterized by several qualities at the same time: It is break- and scratch-resistant, UV-stable as well as antistatic.
HI-EPS
The inner shell of every Alpina helmet is made of Hi-EPS (“High Expanded Polystyrene”). It consists of microscopic air chambers, which optimally absorb the forces acting during an impact. Despite optimum protection, HI-EPS ensures extra-thin wall thicknesses and narrow helmet shapes.
INMOLD
In the Inmold production process, the helmet upper shell made of polycarbonate is “baked” together with the EPS granulate of the helmet body under high heat and strong pressure. This creates an extensive and inseparable bond between the upper and lower shells. Advantage: The helmet is very light and at the same time extremely stable.
