With the unique LÖFFLER hotBOND® technology, highly elastic materials are spot-welded using ultrasound. This means: no seams that can press or chafe. Special machines are used to melt the fabric layers on the surface and thus weld them into very flat joints. These joints are not only comfortable to wear, but also more tear-resistant and durable than conventional seams. The production and manufacturing of the hotBOND® collection takes place exclusively in Austria.
